AGEPRO opens new citizen-service offices on Cancún's Tulum Avenue
The agency that issues property titles and regularizes land plots relocated its Cancún office to speed up paperwork; note the new address.
The Strategic Projects Agency of the State of Quintana Roo (AGEPRO) reported that its offices in Cancún now operate at a new location, with the goal of offering more efficient and accessible service to people who come to complete a procedure or request information.
The new offices are located at Lote 27 on Tulum Avenue, block (manzana) 15, superblock (supermanzana) 04, in Cancún. According to the agency, the move strengthens its operating conditions to provide suitable spaces and faster, more orderly service to those who need it.
What AGEPRO does and who it serves. Among its functions, this state agency handles land-tenure regularization and the issuance of property titles — a key procedure for families living on plots without deeds who seek legal certainty over their property. The agency says that so far in 2026 it has delivered 17 property titles in municipalities such as Bacalar, Cozumel, Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Othón P. Blanco.
What it means for Cancún. Having a service office on Tulum Avenue — one of the city's central corridors, well connected by public transit — makes it easier for residents of the state's north to start or follow up on their regularization without relying on remote paperwork.
